26 weeks

Today I had my 26 week check up. I had to do my glucose screening, yuck! While I was waiting in the waiting room, there was an interesting couple to say the least waiting as well. First of all she proceeded to tell her husband that when she had to drink that "stuff" she just downed it and it wasn't bad at all. I think she pretty much just called me a wimp in a round about way! Not that it was really any of her concern! Then she and her husband started having a domestic right in the waiting room. She was saying a few choice words to him in a whispering voice, but lucky me I was close enough that I could hear the whole argument. Needless to say James was a little upset that he had to miss this doctor's visit. I didn't know I was going to get a show today as well. The baby is doing great! His heartbeat was 148 bpm and I measured right where I should be. It won't be too much longer before we meet Parker! I can't wait! I know I say that every time, but I'm getting so excited! I can't wait to hold him and kiss his sweet little head!

Red Ear and a Bull Rider

Monday evening we had to run Aidan up to the Urgent Care office in BA because he had some kind of a bite on the back of his ear. By the time it started looking really red, swollen, and worrisome our doctor's office was closed for the day. So for my peace of mind we ran up there and let them look at it. We were afraid it may have been a brown recluse bite. Thankfully it wasn't! The doctor wasn't really sure what kind of a bite it was. FYI- If your child ever has an after hours problem this is a wonderful clinic. It beats the alternative of Muskogee's ER any day! They are very nice and efficient and are open until 8 M-S, and until 6 on Sunday. They gave us a prescription for some great cream for bug bites. By the next morning his ear was almost completely better! After that we ran to eat and to my favorite store Target! I had to post a few pictures of Aidan riding the bull outside the restaurant. He loved it!!!

Happy Father's Day!!!

I just wanted to say Happy Father's Day to my husband and my dad. They are both great fathers, and love Aidan so much. Thanks for being such a great example to Aidan and having a wonderful relationship with him. Aidan couldn't ask for a better Daddy or Papa. We love you both, and are so blessed that you are in our lives!

James letting Aidan ride Papa's tractor. Every night when Aidan goes to my parents we have to take him to sit on the tractor. It's the law!!!

My Dad and Aidan looking at the church directory. Aidan loves to look at it, and he will ask my Dad "who's that" to every picture. Being the great Papa he is he answers everytime. My poor Dad.

VBS

This is the first year that Aidan was able to participate in VBS at our church. I'm so glad we took him! He had the best time. He walked into his class like a big boy and had so much fun with the other kids. I also helped out with arts and crafts this year, and had a lot of fun! We are so fortunate at our church to have such a wonderful children's program. It makes me so excited to know that Aidan and Parker will be so blessed, and learn so much! There is nothing like a great church family! I think you appreciate them even more once you have children!

Aidan with his art from VBS. He loves to try and take the stickers off of his papers.

After VBS on Friday night I was craving a cookie and Aidan didn't mind to oblige me!

A Day with Aunt Sandra and Ashton

Today I had two meetings at the school so my sister and niece came over to watch Aidan. Between my meetings we went and ate lunch together at the Courtyard. It was so good! I love it that she is off in the summer so we can spend time together! After lunch we ran to Muskogee together and then I had my second meeting of the day. When I got home Aidan and Ashton were asleep in Aidan's room. They looked so cute. I just couldn't resist taking a picture! Aidan had a great time today! Thanks Aunt Sandra for watching Aidan today on such short notice, and for loving him so much. You're the best!!!!

So sweet!

Big Boy Bed

So last night James moved the crib out of Aidan's room into Parker's and moved Aidan's big boy bed in. He was so excited and wouldn't stop jumping on it. He did pretty good sleeping in it last night. He woke up at about 4:45 and wanted in our bed. That is a big improvement. It is usually around 2:00 that he wants in our bed. I'll take those extra hours without being kicked gladly. Here are just a few pictures of Aidan in his new bed. We also took some pictures of the way his room looked before we started the transformation. I have to tell you that James and I both were a little sad last night because our baby isn't a baby anymore, but he will always be a baby in our eyes.

Aidan in his new bed. He already looks sleepy!

Aidan's nursery. Now we get to paint his room again.

Nursery again.

23 weeks

I had my latest drs. visit on Monday and everything is going great! The babies heartbeat was 140 bpm and I measured at 24 weeks. Dr. Cole said he would schedule my c-section at my next appointment. He did mention the date of September 25th. I also get to do my glucose screening at my next visit. It's not too much fun drinking that sugary orange drink, but just another perk of being pregnant! Oh and we have decided on a name, Parker Lee Noblitt. We just loved the name Parker and the middle name is after my Dad. Aidan has started hugging my belly if I ask him to love the baby. He also likes to poke it and push it too. I guess because it is getting so big. He just thinks that is too funny! I have to remind him to be easy with Parker. Parker doesn't know what he has to look forward to! We are getting so excited to meet our little guy. Please continue to pray for mine and the babies' health!

A Graduation and a Dance Rehearsal

My nephew Brandon graduated last Friday night from MHS. We had a good time and Aidan had a lot of fun playing with his Uncle Micheal and Uncle Floyd. He did do one really ornery, but very funny thing. We were sitting there and I noticed he had reached to pull some random man's ponytail. I guess that long black hair was just to tempting for him. The man didn't notice, but his daughters sitting behind him thought it was hilarious.

Poor man!

Giving someone a not so nice look! It was probably me!

My niece Ashton's dance recital was also Friday night. So since we can't be in two places at once we went to part of her rehearsal on Thursday night. She did a great job.

Isn't she beautiful. Aidan loves her to pieces!

I can't believe how fast they both are growing up. I can remember when they were both babies. They have grown into two great people who are a ton of fun to be around. So proud of them both!!!
